Theme Normal/Final switch is not saved to file

Hi,
when changed theme mode (Normal/Final) at game, it is not save to: Save/ThemePrefs.ini

Ini edit directly works and reacts to the change, but change in game dont touch this setting.

(Feature Request) Select menu at song wheel scrolls when there are too many options

currently it just keeps displaying options outside of the menu, going off screen. it'd look nicer and be easier to use if it scrolled, and possibly was a single column rather than two columns? especially since left/right don't do anything for the select menu, when the arrows that show up point left and right.
i'm using the five button menu mode, if three button makes left and right work.

Can't input any buttons in name entry screen (USB profile inserted, home mode)

after playing in normal mode (not event) and getting to the high score entry screen, i couldn't do anything, hitting start didn't input a letter, left and right wouldn't move the panel, and not even hitting back did anything.
i use an 11 character name on my USB profile that it auto entered, but i also had to wait for the timer to run out since no inputs worked.
idk if it's a glitch from too long of a user, because of usb profiles, or just a glitch for the screen itself.

Select Button Screenshot doesn't work at score evaluation, and error at ScreenEndingOkay (whatever that is)

Pressing the red (Select) button to save screenshots at score evaluation doesn't work anymore, meaning i have to hit the "machine screenshot" (print screen) button.

i don't know what it actually means, but it showed up when i disabled event mode and played the final song. the final score evaluation also had a black box on top of the song cards in the middle. this error was a pop up i had to hit ignore on, so it's a proper error and not a warning like the infinite actor command things that were happening earlier in the log.

Edit: warnings right before error says it's missing a file, and then lua code errors.

Game crashes when attempting to play a simfile

I have tested this several times and it is definitely a theme issue.

I have tried using both Outfox (Alpha V) and ITGmania (0.6.0) and only while using the ITG3 Encore theme the game has crashed when attempting to open the attached simfile, and only that specific simfile. I tried saving the file again as an SSC (it was a SM file before) and the only difference was that the game failed to load it rather than crashing, as it immediately displayed the Song Cleared text after the chart would have been loaded.

Select button crashes game when using project outfox's latest steam version (and softlocking after selecting song)

where it crashes: song select screen
how: pressing select opens the "change difficulty" options for a second then immediately crashes the game as if it fails to load something
version: Outfox Steam Playtest (Build 40 i think? 41's not on steam yet)
Edit: version does not matter, crashes on latest non steam playtest too
