Donation page is now only a redirect link that sends you to PayPal to donate. We would like to do the following changes:

• Create a page that lists the various ways to give. Each button would pre-load a package at a set amount to donate.
• After donation is complete, ask the user if they would like to add their name to a giving wall so their contribution can be recognized by all.
