When a job is dropped, a service will responsible for sending the notification to Github.

Then another service will actually run the result.

The sinatra app code is very difficult to test -- so refactor it.

Store them locally, and after the first one is created, require logging in first.

Managed from the dashboard, probably.

If we assume it has the final test results, we can pass that information to Github or show on the dashboard.
