Align Slack with the official slack-bin ebuild

In the main Gentoo ports tree, we also have net-im/slack-bin, but it's built from the deb instead of the rpm package and has no support for PaX. I'll bump this ebuild here later, but I'd also like to suggest aligning it with the upstream ebuild and just adding PaX on top. WDYT @zaolin?

Build failures for usbguard-0.7.2 ebuild.

The build flags were:
# emerge -av usbguard
[ebuild N ] sys-apps/usbguard-0.7.2 USE="crypt crypt_gcrypt dbus policykit -crypt_sodium -qt4 -qt5 -systemd"

Would you like to merge these packages? [Yes/No] y

(Systemd directories get filtered).

Looks like a misquoted filename or quote in stead of a / ... and the target *.service files get filtered out.

veracrypt-1.17: digest verification failed

on emerge, the following error occured:
!!! Digest verification failed:
!!! /var/lib/layman/labor-overlay/app-crypt/veracrypt/files/execstack_fix.diff
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got: 2387

but ebuild veracrypt-1.17.ebuild merge worked before committing files (incl. Manifest file), indicating correct hashes...

Any ideas on the reason?
