Duplicate vehicles cause problems

To reproduce:

  1. Set vehicle number to PA1234X -- result: success
  2. Set vehicle number to PA4567X -- result: success
  3. Set vehicle number to PA1234X again -- result: failure

Provide company name of driver and improvements.

To ease ops issue when driver have trouble pinging their routes and improve readability of the app.

  1. Add in company name of driver in the area highlighted in yellow below
  2. Remove the unnecessary padding at the bottom of the screen. Create padding between Vehicle Update area and version number area
