Install issues

Love the promise of this library, but having issues getting it to run. Followed the instructions you set, but when I try to pull up the contact form I get:

Call to undefined function CIMC_JS()

I looked at the short video you have online and noticed the command: setup:cimc --show

But when I run that, I get: Command "setup:cimc" not found.

In the video, there is a reference to a line in "generator" but there is nothing in the instructions for that.

Help!

Rate Limit impacting non-captcha pages

My application has both an admin and public side. I have installed the code for the captcha protection on the three public facing forms and it appears to be working.
I just received a call from my client. She is working in the admin and keeps getting the Rate Limit warning page as she moves around the admin pages. None of which have any captcha code. Is there a way to limit the captcha checking to a path?
In other words I would want it to work on https://domain.com/ and sub pages, but not work on https://domain.com/admin and those pages. The public and admin sides of the app have different controllers.

Changes to English Language file

Suggest the following two changes to the English Language file (very minor):

'empty'	=>  "Please check I am human (hcaptcha).",
'attack'	=>  'Avoid manipulating ReCaptcha form (I am not a robot).',
