• 일반 플라스틱과 페트병의 분리수거 배출 기준이 다름
• 이를 구분해주는 모델의 필요성을 느낌

2. Data Detail

• 유색/라벨 유무로 총 4개의 클래스 생성

3. Data Preprocessing

• 직접 데이터를 수집 및 라벨링 작업 진행
• Data Augmentation 진행

4. Model

• 모델: YOLO v5m
• 선정이유: 높은 정확도, 경량화 모델, 빠른 속도의 탐지

1. 입력 이미지 확인
2. S*S 그리드로 분할
3. 각 그리드마다 이미지 분류 및 Localize
4. 객체가 어디 있는지 확인하고, 식별해야 하는 객체에 Bounding Box 표시
5. Bounding Box와 각 개체의 클래스 확률을 통해 객체를 인식하고 예측

How To run

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5

2. Install pytorch and other dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Run with options -For example,

python train.py --img 640 --batch 16 --epochs 100 --data {data_yaml} --weights {pretrained} --cache
