Allow specification of base profile

Add a second (optional) parameter to allow specification of a base profile to use. This profile would be loaded first, and then only the files that exist in the primary profile would be removed.

Example

A base profile has these files: .bashrc, .vimrc, and .zshrc. The primary profile only has a .bashrc. The .bashrc of the primary profile would overwrite the other one, but the other files would remain.

Reorganize files into topic-based folders

Files related to Git should go in /git, files related to Dox should go in /dox, etc.
