Can't Add Floating XAML file to Project?

Hey there,

Looking forward to trying out all these new things in XF so I installed the latest pre-release package and wanted to give the resource dictionary source references a go but when I attempt to add a .xaml file to any folders I get this error:

Microsoft Visual Studio

Cannot add 'Converters\ConverterRD.xaml' to the project, because the path is explicitly excluded from the project (C:\Users\MZ.nuget\packages\xamarin.forms\3.0.0.296286-pre2\build\netstandard2.0\Xamarin.Forms.DefaultItems.targets (15,3)).

Thoughts?

Unable to restore Nuget packages!

Unable to find version '3.1.0.278271-nightly' of package 'Xamarin.Forms'. https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json: Package 'Xamarin.Forms.3.1.0.278271-nightly' is not found on source 'https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json'.

I am using Visual Studio for Mac which gives less control over the packages in the project. Is there a way to set the nuget to restore from prerelease?
