try to detect audio filename when possible, not video

add option to keep video file

use exit code of yt-dl, not content of err stream to detect if the DL failed

• read id3 for all files in a folder (see https://www.npmjs.com/package/music-metadata)
• display id3 tags for all files in a folder in table format
• individualy edit tags for 1 entry in the table
• filter table rows based on tag values (e.g. !genre and rating>3)
• bulk-edit a subset of tags for all displayed files
• write-back confirmation
