Example algorithm does not terminate
Algorithm does not always terminate for 3 nodes or more. I suspect there is a wrong implementation of what markers to send.
Noted behaviour: not all nodes complete, but many do.
Side-note: duplicate messages sent/registered.
Expected behaviour: 100% completion at any trial.
Improve start and finish of sim
- Initiation of sim doesnt await algorithm nodes properly
- Ending is too fast: threads are still running, although they completed. ThreadPool not set-up ideally maybe? Or maybe threads returning too fast? Maybe kill asyncio event-loop
