colour-schemes's Issues

Last Night Color Scheme does not color closing parenthesis

Have you noticed that the last night color scheme does not highlight closing parenthesis the same color as the rest of the method declaration / invocation?

This problem does not occur in all languages. I sent a screenshot of golang showing the problem.

Stark theme is sub-optimal with LaTeX

I really like the Stark theme for Java, Python, and Haskell, but it falls short when used with LaTeX, as you can see below. Its missing the reds and contrast between different elements of the code. Any chance the theme could be updated so that it stays the same with other languages but recognizes LaTeX better?

Thanks!

Installing Sublime Themes Without Git

For those unsure how to install these themes without Git:

Create a new directory inside your sublime/packages directory called "Theme - Color Schemes".

Download the theme files and copy them into the new folder.

Then visit preferences > color scheme > Color Schemes and chose a theme,

Sidebar | Open Files & Folders Theming

Hey Dayle, Could you make it is possible to extend the theme color scheme into the sidebar ?

I really like your themes, extending them into the sidebar would be an great feature!

Many thanks in advance!

Let's describe the schemes, not the people

The descriptions should describe or provide more information about the schemes, not make assumptions about the people that might choose them.

Examples:

Carbonite

"for boring people" might be better described as "A monochromatic theme"

Lavender

"one for the ladies" might be better described as "Just what it says on the tin"

Tip

You inspired me to share my color scheme too (https://github.com/raydric/raydric-color-scheme).
Just a tip, you can add color to PHP tags on html files using:

    <dict>
        <key>name</key>
        <string>PHP Tags</string>
        <key>scope</key>
        <string>punctuation.section.embedded.begin.php, punctuation.section.embedded.end.php</string>
        <key>settings</key>
        <dict>
            <key>foreground</key>
            <string>#ff6666</string>
        </dict>
    </dict>

The same rule applies to asp, ruby and probably for others too.

Issue with CSS syntax

I'm having an issue on CSS files where the properties are coming out italic and it's driving me nuts. I am using Source Code Pro as the font.

Here is a screenshot of your HalfLife scheme on the left showing the issue and another scheme, Resesif Boned on the right:

css-italic

I'd like to be able to use your color schemes but this issue is stopping me. Thanks for any input.

Earthsong

Hello,

I had to delete the Earthsong theme as Sublime was complaining that there was a parsing error

Eclipse/Netbeans like colour scheme

Hi, is that possible to get a Eclipse/Netbeans like colour scheme?

Here is a screenshot:
colour-scheme

This is very simple and could maybe be improved (for instance change color in comments like @param).
Many thanks!

Vintage inspired colour scheme

Dayle,

Have you considered adding a colour scheme (or a pair light and dark) which are inspired by vintage colours prevalent in the 50's? I'm thinking of one myself and if I get it worked out, I will submit it as a suggestion, but since you are a master at it, I thought I would ask.

Cheers,

Xcode color scheme

Hey, it would be really cool to have an Xcode color scheme. And it would be even cooler if it came with a darker version!

Thanks again for everything

Active indent guides retaining orange color from Monokai

Awesome work on these color schemes Dayle! One thing I found is that if you enable the draw_active option for indent_guide_options in ST2, the active color remains orange from the original Monokai theme. Just something that might be nice to have beautifully themed as well.

Thanks for your work on these!

Hard to read comments in dark themes

Most dark themes have little contrast between the color used for comments and the background. If you configure the editor to highlight the current line, the problem gets worse. The line of the comment you are currently reading is barely readable.

It would be very helpful to have more contrast between comments, the background and the line highlight.

Screenshot attached as a demonstration. Thanks!

more "verbose" JSON highlighting

Is it possible to customize the color of the JSON format like in the following?

Github code highlighting

Right now all scheme's JSON syntax color is plain at the moment:

Package Control

Would be awesome to have these colour schemes in package control :)

Green Chaud [Request]

Please add this sexy old theme, I've tried to reach Boris Popoff to ask him for premission but his website seems abandoned, and reading his comments, anyone is able to contribute/adapt it, so it seems legit to do it.

Old files for aptana still can be downloaded here

Slowing down Sublime

Preface: I'm not entirely sure if it's this package that's slowing down Sublime, so I could use some pointers on figuring that out.

I'm using Expandrive to connect to a remote server as if it's a local disk. All has been working fine with stock Sublime2. I installed a couple of packages, including this one. Seemingly as a result, Sublime has been running pretty slow. I don't think it's a wifi/ethernet issue, as I've tried multiple networks using an ethernet cable (plus Finder/Terminal is very responsive). I tried disabling all of the packages I had installed (with exception of this one) and it was still slow. After disabling this package, things seemed to have sped up to a almost normal responsiveness.

I was a bit surprised, given this simply adds a menu option for color schemes. Thoughts? Ideas on how I can help debug (does Sublime have info on packages that may be running slowly)? Thanks
