Token Client ID Issue with Stand-Alone Server

When getting a token for a stand-alone server, the client ID is being set to a referer in tokens.py at line 203. However, the actual get/post request for the resource is not setting the referer, leading to an error when trying to use the token.

Direct connections with public host fail is using non-default web adaptor name

When the following conditions are met, the library is unable to obtain a token as it uses the wrong web adaptor name:

  • Establishing a direct connection (therefore no web adaptor values are specified)
  • Setting a value for public host
  • Connecting to a stand-alone ArcGIS Server
  • The web adapter is not called "arcgis"
