LaTeX document classes and packages for MIUN

I’m Lecturer in Computer Science at the Division of Theoretical Computer Science, Department of Computer Science at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

I'm interested in

• e-learning and have developed distance courses/programmes since 2011,
• teaching in programming and security,
• research in didactics and computer security, particularly democracy-enhancing technologies.

I teach Python and security, I do a lot of automation in Python.

miuntex's Issues

Document `miunexam`

Currently only miunmisc is properly documented. This should be fixed. The packages should be rewritten using doctex format, see miunmisc for an example.

Missing ShareLatex template

A compiled example should be available on ShareLatex.com, that would make it easier for students who are not as familiar with LaTeX.

`miunthes` is not according to the University profile

The miunthes package doesn't give the result expected by the University profile. It's basically the front page that differ, the other parts are fine. So a workaround for now is to create the front page using the official (Word/Libre) template.

Add license to every file

In the style of LPPL, every file needs to contain the license in the preamble.

Update gitmodules with HTTPS URL instead of SSH URL

There must be an HTTPS URL for this to work, even for publicly readable modules.

miunmisc.sty file compiles with errors

When compiling your example thesis* written in Latex I get the following error messages:

Package Listings Error: Environment `src' already defined. \ProcessOptions\relax

• The example thesis written in Latex isn't available on Github. I found a tar file from 2013 containing this repository and a sample thesis.

Add the example thesis to repo

#7 points out that the example thesis is missing from the GitHub repo. There's also an explanation there:

I rewrote the contents of the ODT-formatted report template for LaTeX using the miunthes class. However, since much of it is copied, I didn't include it when moving the repo to Github. I'll have to look into the legal aspects and then maybe I include it here and (if someone fixes the errors) publish it on ShareLaTeX.
