Add updateJob method

Manage Historic

Didn't handled the case where the cron.xml already exist in old format (without id).

Should modify _readCronFile method i think it's possible than it raise Exception because attribute not exist
maybe add "_migrate" method, to read the old file and migrate to new, if not _getlastId and AddJob methoids can fail
