When a VTK model is loaded in Slicer, even if we go back to the Model module, the VTK surface color cannot be change once a landmark/fiducial is connected to a model in either Surface Registration or Q3DC.
I was not able to attached screen recordings to this ticket so I will send by google drive.
Add the following extension: ShapePopulationViewer to the SLICER CMF
*Ps: The extension appears in the Slicer Index (Image bellow), however is not working/installed or available to install.

The SlicerCMF wiki describes ShapeVariationAnalyzer, but it does not appear in Slicer 4.11.
Spharm, Rigid alignment( Groups or how you renamed ) and MSFDA I think that were never added to the SlicerCMF extension.

Hello.
In the latest 3D slicer 4.11.0 (windows 2020-06-08) I cannot change the contrast of the volume for better visualization like I can do in slicer 4.10 (dragging the left button of the mouse in the sagittal/axial or coronal views to upwards/downwards/left and right).
This is not a CMF module problem, it is a Slicer version problem. Please if necessary move this issue.

GROUPS: Include RigidAlignment module
The Extension " CMFreg" is not displaying among the others extensions when you click in the Slicer CMF icon.
However, you can find it if you go to the extension by yourself
