slicercmf's Issues

Fix SlicerCMF historical installers and datasets download links

Links listed below have been collected by inspecting the following page on Feb 5th 2021: https://sites.google.com/a/umich.edu/dentistry-image-computing/Download

Suggested Plan

Since the NA-MIC wiki, the Slice wiki and the slice.kitware.com will be decommissioned in the future, we should into relocated the installers and datasets leveraging GitHub release assets.

We could organize historical datasets and installers using an approach similar to what is done in SlicerDataStore

Update README to include "FAQ / How to report error?"

## FAQ

### How to report issue ?

Module specific error should be reported in the corresponding issue tracker. See [above](#dependencies)

See [here](https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/SlicerApplication/ErrorLog#To_capture_the_entire_error_log_for_a_report) to find out to obtain error log for associating with issue report.

add Spharm, ShapeVariationAnalyzer, Rigid alignment, MSFDA extensions

@jcfr @bpaniagua @JEHoctor

Add dependency to the following extensions:

  • Spharm-PDM
  • ShapeVariationAnalyzer. Done in #9
  • Rigid alignment( distributed in the Groups extension) It is now included in SPHARM-PDM. Update Nov 2020: Groups extension should be added.
  • MSFDA

The SlicerCMF wiki describes ShapeVariationAnalyzer, but it does not appear in Slicer 4.11.

Spharm, Rigid alignment( Groups or how you renamed ) and MSFDA I think that were never added to the SlicerCMF extension.

Changing the contrast in the 3D slicer for better visualization

Hello.
In the latest 3D slicer 4.11.0 (windows 2020-06-08) I cannot change the contrast of the volume for better visualization like I can do in slicer 4.10 (dragging the left button of the mouse in the sagittal/axial or coronal views to upwards/downwards/left and right).

This is not a CMF module problem, it is a Slicer version problem. Please if necessary move this issue.
Thank you
