System testing framework

Sparc needs to be system tested in order to catch some bugs in early development. We need to develop (or adopt) a system test framework that will be used to test this web framework and its features.

Source code documentation

Currently sparc source is not documented. This issue involves picking the right tool for generating C++ documentation and documenting the visible API's with the respect to the tool

Document for sparc
