A standalone application allowing to visualize CRISPR-Cas systems from a JSON file generated by CRISPRCasFinder. Further information are available at CRISPRCasFinder website and in the corresponding publication.
The user can download or clone CRISPRCasViewer repository on their own machine, then open file "CRISPRCasViewer.html" with one of the following web browsers:
The user can then upload a JSON result file (e.g. "result.json") obtained from CRISPRCasFinder, select a sequence, select a visualization option, and click on "Launch view!".
(A) Welcome page, (B) table representation, (C) circular view (using BioCircos), (D) scatter plot view (using Highcharts), (E) linear view (using TnT API).
