The 404 page needs a Red-Magician-related pun or something. Right now I actually do want to avoid it, and that's just not acceptable.

I'm not actually sure if it's possible to edit the 404 page, but if it is, I'm doing it.

Ensure that [p] is the only prefix used in the docs.

Figure out what to do with PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md.

The README.md needs to be rewritten. However, the README for dealien/Red-Magician also needs to be rewritten.

Since most of the information in the two READMEs will likely overlap, I think that writing a README like Red-Magician's current README.md for this repo, and then writing a very basic README for Red-Magician that links to this repo's README would be better than writing a separate README for each repo.

This is proving to be more complicated than I originally thought, so I've converted this issue into a project under the same name.
