Hello,

This plugin has been stable for a long time now, and it's really nice to have such a reliable tool. I really love the LSP signature feature. I just wanted to ask if it's possible to add an API to toggle the LSP signature on and off so I can assign a key to toggle it.

Why:
Sometimes the signature covers my completion suggestions (CMP or AI), which can be annoying. Other times, I just need to focus on writing without distractions.

The title says it all: it would be nice to have a border option for the buffer completion window as well.
Sometimes it's hard to discern the content of the popup window and the text . . .

I've noticed that sometimes the floating window becomes too wide (see below). I was wondering if it's possible to consider adding a max_width option for lsp_signature_help. I'd be happy to make a PR if you're open to it.

sorry, i donot how to resolve the lsp.CompletionTriggerKind.TriggerForIncompleteCompletions (the completion response type).

could you suggest where i can find how it implented???
