@moraleida suggested create a checkbox inside post edit page and allows user to choose if they want to use plugin for specific posts.

If first image in post it's a external image plugin doesn't work.

It's occurring because I need to get_attachment_id to insert image as Featured image.
Need to check if is there any way to "upload" external images into WordPress and then run function to insert image as Featured.
