Need to update/standardize utils.py to make cosmology commands such as "kpc_comoving_per_arcmin" functional. Currently calling upon "cosmo" which is not properly defined.

1. Create SimSZ directory for source code
2. move all .py files to SimSZ directory, because they are source code.

• "dev-mass_dist" would merge into "development"

Create a flow chart of the code to explain to us how the package works and for publishing.

• review RLLIB method of input and configurations
• consider introducing this method here (and across the other fastsims)
• change existing configuration file to a hidden settings file.

• Follow the experience of the CMB tutorials
• show how to use each major piece of the algorithm. See the workflow issue #50

• look through the current config yaml
• what part of that do we actually want the user to mess with
• differentiate between what should be changed by the user and what shouldn't (e.g., speed of light vs. omega matter)

• organize them into modules
• there's one simsz folder
• there's just individual files
• use one file that's just plots

There are two input yaml files

We should make one or distinguish their purposes.
