You're the first person to ever try this on windows :) I can program around that particular windows-specific error, but I really don't know if things will generally work there. I'll try to borrow a windows computer and check.

Do you have Visual C++ installed? That will be needed to install this on Windows. In general, a lot of things won't work on Windows or, if they do, they'll be really hard for you to install. I'd really recommend borrowing a Mac or getting Linux installed on a dual-boot system.

There same error happens on a linux system when installing from pip using pypy:
