As the subject says, would be great to have the F9 and F10 commands added. I 
believe this is \0\67 and \0\68. On windows, hitting these keys with putty, 
brings up the debug menu. On mac, old retired Zterm can't do this. More info:

I've compiled successfully this tool without source code edits using Cygwin:

It seems to work correctly, except it cannot initialize the connection: i 
always have to connect with putty first, then i can send commands with 
lg-remote-control...
