Action Required: Fix Renovate Configuration

There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

Error type: Preset is invalid JSON (DelineaXPM/renovate-config)

SecretID is hardcoded in readme file

SecretID is hardcoded in readme file

Expected behavior

Secret should be fetched from vault or other secure method

Actual behavior

Credential is hardcoded.
