When I use Ropsten in my Chrome's MetaMask, but the DApp is expecting say 'localhost' the Apollo Link Ethereum throws the following:

events.map is not a function.

Currently if you use Apollo fragments with this library you receive warnings and errors due to missing __typename definitions when writing to the cache.

We need better support for null topics, so that certain log topics can be targetted.
