I've just noticed this line:

and I wonder if you were aware of this conversation with the maintainer:

Its been a few years now, could u please confirm if this should be considered dead? Any plans of merging any of the PRs !?

So I suppose my questions are:

1. Are you able to confirm that ngx_cache_purge is actually working in this project? or
2. Have you thought about looking for alternatives?

(Offtopic sidenote: I feel like some general docs on how to use demyx would help? :))
