Improvement to the manuals

Hi! The manuals code is very cool.

I found an easier way to add manuals in bulk:
If you add
"MANUALS": "/mnt/mmc/Roms/MANUALS/PDF/fbpdf",
To the coremappings, you can put pdfs into the MANUALS folder without worrying about the accompanying script.

(Of course the mmc would have to be SDCARD if its in the external TF2 card)

Refactor SRC path out of theme.sh files

I want the /Roms/THEMES/theme name.sh files to include as little as possible. Specifically I don't want each one to specify the directory of the theme-switcher.sh or the where the actual themes are located.
