flask CORS on blueprint error

ocr endpoint not working because the endpoints are on seperate blueprint which needs to be passed into CORS function

change default endpoint

change default endpoint of /api/v1/ocr == /api/v1/ocr/english to only /api/v1/ocr/english
remove default
