[Bug] Channel recommendation not hidden

I'm already enable hide channel recommendation but not hidden

Messages older than 24 not deleted on the receiving's chat

As the title says, I tested the deletion of messages older than 24 hours And It gets deleted on my chat, but it doesn't get deleted in the receiving chat. Whatapp version 2.24.10.85, android 13 aosp based rom, wa enhanched versione 1.1.0-DEV (32BE2CB)

P.S.: The latest debug versions of the Wa enhanced apk that I tried are not installable on Android 13 (And probably also in versions below 13), although the minimal SDK version is 28, returns parsing error in the package, I solved it by modifying the target sdk and building sdk to 33

Enhanced Privacy Feature - Customizable Package Name

I am writing to request the addition of an enhanced privacy feature in the WaEnhancer app. Specifically, I would like to propose the inclusion of an option to install the app with a different package name, which would make it more difficult to detect by WhatsApp security measures.

In today's digital age, privacy has become a paramount concern for many users. By allowing users to customize the package name during installation, you can provide them with an additional layer of privacy and ensure their conversations remain hidden from prying eyes.

Key Benefits of the Customizable Package Name Feature:

Increased Stealth: Customizing the package name would make it harder for WhatsApp or other monitoring applications to identify and flag the WaEnhancer app. This would be particularly beneficial for users who prioritize privacy and want to maintain a low profile.

Enhanced Security: By making it more challenging to detect the app, users can enjoy heightened security and confidentiality for their conversations on WhatsApp. It would offer peace of mind knowing that their private discussions are shielded from potential surveillance.

Unread counter counts locked chats

When separating chats from groups, the unread counter for both counts the unread messages in the locked chats as well which is not the expected behavior.

I have WhatsApp Version 24.11.10

Please tell me what happend when im update my WA to 24.11.10? and will it work?

Feature request : Option to manually change Header and bottom bar's background

First of all, thanks for the awesome app.

I know changing the "secondary color" changes the background of home screen's header and bottom bar's background color. But it also changes the left bubble's background and typing box's background, which I don't want to change.

So it would be great if we had the manual option to change the header's background color and bottom bar's background color.

Can't send messages to contacts

Hi, great mod so far, the features are wworking but I realised I can't send any type of message to any of my contacts. It never gets delivered. I tried to disable every feature in the app but nothing worked.

I'm on whatsapp version 2.24.8.85 on a samsung galaxy SM-A525F

Deny voicemail receipt sending

I hate receiving voicemails - it's generally someone putting their laziness onto me.

They're opaque, unidirectional, unreferencable and unsearchable.

Any way to prevent WA from acknowledging that a voicemail was received?

If it's not possible because it sends "I've received all messages (including VMs) including this", I hope I've provided a copy pasta reason for you.

Feature Sugestion - Send mp3 file as Voice Audio

I missed a feature that other apps and other Hooks had. The possibility of sending an mp3 audio file and having it received by the person on the other end as a normal voice note.

Hi, wanted to report that messages are not being sent in single member groups & veey delayed in other groups when "Hide view once and audio seen" is enabled in privacy settings of WAenhancer. I am attaching some screenshots.

**WAEnhancer** FAILS to inject XPosed-hooks after ROM update

Description:

Post updating OnePlus 7 to the latest version of the YAAP custom ROM running Android 14 QPR2, the WAEnhancer app fails to load hooks. Upon launching, app complains about module not being disabled.

• The ROM developer suspects that recent upstream ART commits from AOSP 14 might be the cause of this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

• NA

Additional Information:

• Other Discord mods like Aliucord, as well as Xposed/LSposed modules, are reportedly broken after the ROM update.
• Attempts to resolve the issue by reinstalling the WAEnhancer app have been unsuccessful. The app installs successfully via the manager but complains about module being disabled.

Merge group notification numbering with chats

When the option to separate groups from chats is enabled

Feature Request: Add ability to download profile pic

First of all thank you for you wonderful app.
As a previous user of modded WhatsApp versions, I used to use these additional features daily.

The app is working fine and it has all the most needed features (at least for me), but with just one small feature, it will be perfect. Yeah, I am talking about download profile pic.
And in the end, also thank you.

Error ShowEditMessage

I am facing issue of Error Detected, The following options aren't working ShowEditMessage.
I tried to disable it also from WAEnhancer module but still the error is coming.
I am running latest version of whatsapp with latest version of WAEnhancer module.

• Ability to disable WhatsApp chats in the Android share menu.
• Show our messages that are deleted for everyone.
• Option to choose a download folder for status and other media.
• Ability to download each person's media (pictures, videos, stickers, voice notes, view once) to their name or number folder for easy access like WhatsApp have it inbuilt.
• Disable proximity sensor (If enabled, the proximity sensor will be disabled, and covering it during audio playback will not activate the call speaker).

Notifications:

• Show revoke alert (If enabled, a notification will be shown when a contact tries to delete a message).
• Notification icon (Choose which icon to use for notification of the revoked message).
