Here it is, warts and all. After many more months of hard work and laziness than there ever should have been, it's done. For now, anyway.

This is a fully-featured level editor for the Super NES game Kirby's Dream Course (also known as Kirby Bowl). See the docs directory for a real introduction.

More or less every issue that's come up since the initial beta release has been resolved, but there's still some stuff I may want to do eventually, which is all listed in TODO.txt.

This is a Qt 5 project. So far it has been built and tested on Windows (with MinGW, because MSVC sucks), Mac OS X (with Clang), and Linux (with GCC). You are encouraged to try building and running it for yourself and seeing how it works. Other issues and suggestions are always welcome, of course.

See the releases section for the latest official builds for Windows and OS X (both as of version 1.13).

Some example course files are in the samples directory, courtesy of myself and others. Feel free to submit your own via pull request or email if you've made some cool levels that you want to show off.

Slope To Zero Game Glitch Warning

Would it be possible to have the editor warn the editor when conditions would allow for the glitch to occur where Kirby rolls around at height 0 as if it were solid ground?

Limitation Removal

Could you remove the 31 height limitation(98 is the highest I tested with no graphical or physical problems).

Also, does the game's engine require that there be geography for there to be a gimmick on that geography? For example, would a floating booster be possible?

Copy/Paste Use and Features.

Can you implement Ctrl and Shift functionality when selecting multiple items similar to when using Ctrl or Shift in text editing or Windows file selection?

Also, can you add a feature to rotate or move a block of selected parts?

A way to save groups of tiles for quick recall?

using the same addresses for both US and EU ROMs causes graphical corruption (probably the background pointers, etc are the only thing that's different, so this should be an easy fix...)

ROM/Course Expansion

Would it be possible to add an option in the program to allocate more space for larger course(larger tilemaps)? And additionally, if possible, expand the total size of the ROM?

Suggestion for title

I feel like the editor should be titled "Kirby's Dream Curse" due to the fact it is used to create new and more devious courses to torture Kirby with.
