Hello @concentrateddon, others,

I cloned this repo, created a branch, committed something, and wanted to push my branch back as a Pull request, but I get 403 access denied. What's your preferred flow?

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/devops-collective-inc/big-book-of-powershell-gotchas.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

messedup encoding in Leanpub published version

The book published at leanpub use incorrect encoding. The only way i was able to fix it was too open the epub file, load a xhtml for with notepadd++, Encode it to ANSI and the convert it to UTF-8.
And all versions at broken, epub, pdf, web.
I would be nice to publish a corrected version.
