Addons are not included when installing from bower about dexie.js

Ok. They are in alpha status, that's the reason for not publishing them.
But I use them in production myself so they're usable "as is". Probably
good to start including them in bower with a disclaimer in the source code.
Please submit a pull request and I'll merge it in.

A simple solution would be to remove the ignore line for addons, but I'm
not submitting a pull request in case you intend to package these addons
separately on bower.

Addons now removed from bower ignore. Only addons/*/test specified.
This has no effect on the bower package until we tag another version though.
