Problems with alt key
When pressing M-v, firefox opens the "View" menu, instead of jump scrolling now. Other combinations, for instance M-b, have a similar problem. This should be fixed by setting ui.key.menuAccessKey in about:config to 0, but it isn't. This appears to be a bug in firefox (using firefox 38.0 on ubuntu 14.04).
C-g doesn't exit hint mode
When in hint mode, C-g fails to escape to normal mode, and instead a find dialog box is opened. Pressing ESC works as intended.
Insert mode doesn't work
In insert mode, C-SPACE and C-y do not work as intended.
Keybindings do not work after clicking on youtube video
C-g does not exit back to normal mode, instead the background has to be clicked.
