Since the target atm is netstandard2.0 which doesn't include System.Text.Json and I want to avoid dependencies,
decided (at least for now) to read/write any necessary json content "manually".
Moved everything over to the "main" projects.

Still to be figured out is domain code of typed dimension values. That information is not available in the report or the XBRL-CSV -specific parts of the taxonomy. I am trying to avoid parsing the taxonomy XML files, because I see that as too much hassle in relation to information needed. I'm hoping it's just an oversight in the example reports or something like that.

Can read/write xBRL-CSV, and convert to/from xBRL-XML, with adequate performance. ATM only tested with EBA DPM 3.2, but I'm calling it good enough to file bugs against.
