In the user page, when clicking on "Print" button, nothing happens.
Please try to add navigation link for logo too. It seems that when clicking on logo it does not navigate anywhere.
Since most users prefer clicking on logo for navigating to home page, try to add them.
In the user page, if you click "Pay" button nothing happens.
Problem:
The fine amount is accepting string values.
Suggestion:
Fine amount should only accept numeric values
The Create Challan and Print Challan button will look good if you make it smaller and put them horizontally instead of vertically. Just name the buttons Create and Print.
Shows empty text fields and directs to print system
Need to show challan details
When I try to print the challan details it is showing in blank window with empty text fields.
Please try to work on this bug part.

In the User Registration page, the confirmation popup shows "Your Message has been successfully submitted", you are not sending message here. Make it say "Successfully registered!" or something like that.
Please check out the drop-down menu in User Login section, it is hidden inside the Navigation.
Fix the issue and bring all the drop-down content forward.
The header and footer section are not responsive when screen size is below 1100px
Please try to give only name contact and about for menu item and use flexbox property for making them responsive.

Current behaviour
The data isn't being updated. It is the same as it wasn't updated.
Expected behaviour
Data should be updated in table.

As can be seen above, it is same before and after updating data.
There is this blue line inside the button , Register button in Login page and Login button in register page. I think it should not be there.
In the Login Page , register button in the right isn't properly aligned. It should be moved little to the right.
Also in the Register Page, login button is aligned little more to the left then it should be.
Problem:
Large font size in navigation section
Suggestion:
Please update the css file again and decrease the size of font.
The register and reset button are attached to each other. Please fix the issue with proper padding and margin. And also follow the color code.
Problem:
The text written in the button is somewhat invisible due to the mismatch of text color and button color
Suggestion:
You can use white as a text color and red as a button color. Also this will help in maintaining consistency in website
Problem:
There is little problem in your admin login page where if the user leaves the field empty it is still showing incorrect username and password.
Solution:
Add both of the field as required field so if the user leaves any of the field empty a message like "required" or vice versa should display on the screen.
Problem:
There is no nagivation section, footer section in your page and also the text, fields and buttons are not properly arranged.
Solution:
Add all the section and work on your CSS
Problem
Your font size is a little bit large and also the phone number field is accepting the string value too.
Suggestion
Please try to decrease the size of font and also the phone number field should only accept 10 digit numeric value
It is accepting duplicate values again and again
Every username, phone number and email must be unique
As, we can see same credentials are being accept here. So please try to give unique attribute for each object.

User Login and Register Page are not linked to navigation pages properly.
Please do add proper relative path to make them working.
Suggestion:
You can just give them proper relative path from folder and include tag to them links
In the payment page Fine textbox is accepting string values. Change the type of the textfield to "number".
The space in the top of heading is little big. You need to decrease that.
In the label name the font size is little big and need more spacing between label and input field.
CSS file in not linked in html page of user login. Also header and footer is missing from the page.
In the footer copyright part, the background color is not matching with the design color code, it should be #00031E.
The spacing and font are not properly created and aligned.
