This is a continuation of my deprecated bootstrapping gist. I created the bootstrapping gist a long time ago (Feb 1, 2012) before I knew of Product Hunt and awesome lists. I don't plan on actively contributing to this list, but I will do basic maintenance and accept community contributions.
