目前该工具类中，主要包括一下大的功能
将lib目录下的 wechat-1.0.1.jar 添加到项目中，同时将lib文件夹下面 依赖jar包 文件夹下面 的所有jar包添加到项目中，即可使用了！
在这里，作者将这里整理一些微信公众号的应用场景，以及一些比较好的HTML5开源框架，更加方便各位开发者
文档会持续更新,目前每一个接口中会有一个Test类，小伙伴们可以查看， 在接下来的时间里，我会持续更新，以及将该封装jar中的wiki补充完整
