To support Java 9 and Java 10, Diffusion will package JAXB as a library. Fix the classloader isolation so JAXB classes are shared.

First, I notice that in my configuration I need to use diffusion.skip rather than skip as would be conventional for a Maven plugin. Is there a reason why the standard name can't be used?

Secondly, once I do set diffusion.skip to true, then I get a null pointer exception from the plugin's start goal. It seems that the ability to skip may not be implemented.
