Blocking youtube ads?

First of all thanks for the great repo!

Is there any way to set up AdHome to block Youtube ads?
I tried adding custom block lists and regex expressions that I found on Internet but nothing works.

I stumbled upon a wirehole package (which is a combination of wireguard, pihole and unbound) and it seems to block youtube ads completely, but its overall speed is slower than your solution, so I would like to use your package but it would be nice to get rid of youtube ads.
