work-rest-timer's Issues

Adjustable rest factor

A user should be able to select if they would like to change how long their rest is, i.e. 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 3x.

Double times added after reset

When resetting the timer, sometimes an extra interval is added to rests and active intervals. This only happens after resetting the timer.

Rest interval options

Change rest multiplier to slider with intervals ranging from .5x to 5x in steps of .5

mobile formatting

Keep it simple but fix obvious issues:

  • black background not spanning entire screen
  • rest multiplier looking awful.

Time breaks with 1.5x rest

When the rest multiplier is set to "1.5X" the math to calculate ms breaks ever so briefly. For some reason, the .5 is show as the values. Maybe number is being interpreted as a string?

List intervals

Keep track of when "rest" button is clicked to show splits until timer is stopped and reset.

Total Time

Show total run time just below main timer. Will have to start a new interval but the code should be the same as countUp().

Better indication of timer status

Right now, a user has to watch the timer and see if it's going up or down to tell if they're in a rest interval. It'd be nice to change the button text to say "resting" or something similar.
