Updated version of python performance tricks

Slides are made with reveal.js. To execute we have to install all dependencies with npm i inside the slides folder and npm start to run the server. Slides will be available on http://localhost:8000

It is recommended use a virtual environment. pyenv help us to achieve it

pyenv virtualenv 3.8.2 performance3_8_2
pyenv shell performance3_8_2
pip install -r requirements.txt
