Add all the downloaded problem ID in notepad

Add the downloaded problem id in notepad
so that they won't be downloaded for the second time

file name size limit exceeded

Add a complete percentage

Add a complete percentage for previewing how much is completed.

Hide password with star sign in command line

Currently password can be seen in plain text. Password should be hidden.

Check for reserved character in problem name

Windows has some naming convention for file name. Please refer to this link:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa365247(v=vs.85).aspx#naming_conventions

So, when i try to download the solution for problem 810C it gives me error as it has ? mark in problem name.

Continue downloading solution from where i left off

Each time i run the script it starts downloading from the beginning. Is it possible not to download the solution that are already downloaded when i run it for the second time?
