[Android Bootcamp] Tip Calculator: Review

Submitting now so I don't forget. Will keep working on it as time allows before the deadline.

Not sure how many hours I spent on it, many seven hours? I spent a good chunk of time working on some edge cases regarding prepending $ and appending %

Optional user stores included:

• User changes the total amount and updated tip is reflected automatically
• User can select custom tip amount if desired
• User changes custom tip amount, updated tip and total are reflected automatically
• A little design: icon and actionbar color
• Show total bill
• Prepend $ and append % as appropriate. Handle edge case so invalid dollar amounts and invalid % cannot be entered.
