Commas for every thousand would help with readability.

Add balance for user which is updated when selling pokemon for their value.

When you call $go <location>, and a pokemon is returned, the chance value from the pokeAPI used to grab the pokemon data is not taken into account for when returning the pokemon.

When calling $go sinnoh-sea-route-230-area I got value: $976562 three times consecutively. Randomising the value more is necessary.

Make a util file for the main functions which will be used in other cogs.

calling $go itself should have the bot say:
