Instruction on how to run the model supplied with the paper: Koshkina et al. "Integrated Species Distribution Models: Combining presence-only data and presence-absence data with imperfect detection"

Modified and used also in the paper:

Steps:

  1. Download all the covariate spatial layers, PB and SO data files and codes inside the R folder
  2. Unarchive all files and save them in the same folder
  3. Set this folder as working directory in R
  4. Run file PBSO-yb_edited_Diego_v2
  5. Include the name of your species of interest to get GBIF data
  6. Chech the area of interest to download worldclim data
