• npm

  npm install npm@latest -g

Installation

1. Get a free API Key at https://example.com
2. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/dlongodev/family-meal-kitchen.git

3. Install NPM packages

   npm install

4. Enter your Setup in .env

    MONGO_URL=MongoDB-server-link-or-local-database
    BASE_URL=http://localhost:3000
    ADMIN_USERNAME=AdminUser1
    ADMIN_PASSWORD=AdminPassword
    TOKEN=Create-A-Random-Token-Here

Create Cart Action

When user adds item to cart, add new component for cart preview similar to Snipcart. Also add styles for menu items already selected and added to cart.

Order Confirmation Page

After user clicks checkout and fill form to checkout, create a new confirmation page to review order and edit if necessary, then submit the order.

Buttons Style Changes - Dev Branch

• Change style to Dev-Branch Add to cart buttons.
• Fix style for increment and decrease quantity of cart items
• switch the side of the Contact & Delivery Details "Place Order" button to go to the bottom-right of the form

Services Page

Add content to the services page according to Admin instructions. (TBA)

Admin Panel Mobile View

Fix media queries for the admin panel to display the orders correctly when reviewing on mobile. The mobile view will have a different style from the current desktop version. (Refer to mockup --> TBA)

Order details Admin Email

Add customer order details to the email template for the Admin.

Download Menu Button

Add a button to download the printable pdf menu.
