Why Should Travellers Use TapGuide?

TapGuide reduces the overhead needed to plan out a perfect day. Instead of hunting yelp for 3 restaurants and a few activities to do, this app gathers them all into one place. If you find a trip you like, you can save it to your phone.

Needs an icon

Google assistant integration

Have something like "Ok Google, come up with a day trip around me", "Ok Google, plan a day trip around Mountain View"

UI enhancements

• Put icons for each of the events, breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, etc

Add swipe to get new suggestion

Put a hamburger button and menu in each of the screens

commas do not work in location searches and cause a URI crash

probably need to parse that

Need to allow the user to save trip to their phone

The app needs to be able to save an array of trips to the phone in anticipation of multi-day trips

Get the average time spent at a location for the algorithm

asynchronously add time estimations from each destination

Be able to add and remove items on the day trip
