how can i sleep the MCU while using

this example. I want to sleep mcu while interval.

how can i use this for multiple timer events

example
i want to run a function every 30 seconds
i want to run b function every 45 seconds

In a project using a third-part library (LcdKeypad), the linker reports 3 errors: multiple definition of 'yield()'.
It seems that this is caused by having the #include <Timer.h> line in four .cpp files (LcdKeypad.cpp, main.cpp, Timer.cpp, TimerContext.cpp); every #include defines a new copy of a yield() function. It seems I must be missing something here, because at least TimerContext.cpp is part of the Timer library itself, so it could never work.
Besides, the recommendation to have a #define WIRINGTIMER_YIELD_DEFINE 1 before the #include is not practical, since some of the includes are in library sources. (This can be overridden by defining the symbol in the project options ie compiler command line, though).
