Opensource Mass Notification System

Looking to maybe create a Opensource Mass Notification System

  1. Server (PHP Web App / Built on Symfony)
  2. Clients (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS App?, Andriod App?)

This would be a very large project and would need a lot of community help.
